Wi-Fi connection was slow.

i had excellent food for breakfast with homemade sweets. the beds were extremely comfy, the room was great-sized and extremely pleasant with hot tub.

Here, the room is spacious and wonderful with a view of the garden, a very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep, and a fantastic location just steps from Il Molo.

Truly enjoyed that the hotel was incredibly beautiful and had welcoming staff with a helpful waiter. The location was beautiful and lovely, not far from both Stresa, and the lake. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

This hotel is clean and has a stunning location near a restaurant and garden, offering a nice pool and on-site parking, making everything nice.

I had a great experience with a spacious and enjoyable room that had stunning lake views and included amenities like a safe, TV, and mini-fridge. Free parking was available on-site.

The staff here are amazing! On my first stay, they helped me with a room problem even late at night. The hotel has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, bar/ lounge, restaurant, shuttle service, fitness center. Can't wait to return for my weekend getaway!

The restaurant below could get a bit noisy during dinner hours.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel, it was so elegant and cozy. The common areas were beautifully furnished and well-maintained, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like me, with easy access to elevators and handrails in the corridors.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a bit more assistance from the children working there. While they were polite, a little more help and attention to our needs would have made our stay even more comfortable.
